Futureboard Consulting was founded in 2007 by Katherine Travell, who has 25 years’ experience in generalist HR, executive search, graduate recruitment, HR consultancy and coaching. Keen to develop a business that delivered a personalised and visionary approach, she has built an insightful, dynamic, international team. Katherine moved to New York in 2015 and opened a Futureboard office in Manhattan.
Passionate about the careers of the individuals they work with, each Futureboard consultant uses their experience of candidate assessment to fully understand candidates’ key strengths and identify their potential.
Our international team is perfectly placed to help clients address employer branding challenges, deliver attraction and campaign management.
