Futureboard Consulting was founded in 2007 by Katherine Travell, who has 25 years’ experience in generalist HR, executive search, graduate recruitment, HR consultancy and coaching. Keen to develop a business that delivered a personalised and visionary approach, she has built an insightful, dynamic, international team. Katherine moved to New York in 2015 and opened a Futureboard office in Manhattan.
