2013 was a productive year for Futureboard Consulting, but Managing Director Katherine Travell says there is still scope for growth in 2014. In the year that passed, Futureboard placed over 150 graduates into roles across technology, sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, human resources as well as more than 30 candidates into mid-career roles across HR, sales, business development, and account management.

2013 was decisive for Futureboard also thanks to a partnership with leadership development company Impact International, which gave birth to the Ignite programme. Ignite helps graduates develop the skills they need to be effective within the organisation they work for. The company also kept working with over 90 per cent of its clients and all its employees, beating its revenue targets.
