Rowen is Associate Director at Futureboard, with extensive experience of designing and running graduate recruitment and development campaigns across many sectors. Rowen’s market insight helps clients drive greater efficiencies in their selection and assessment processes. Her talents lie in helping corporate clients change the way they tackle skills shortages and offering new approaches to resolving employer brand challenges.

She has a degree in Anthropology from UCL, an MSc in Medical Anthropology and is Level A and B BPS trained. Outside Futureboard, Rowen is very active and enjoys running, dancing and going to gigs.
